Privacy Policy
Effective date: 29 September 2026 · Applies to the mobile game "Zero Gap: Traffic Racer" (the "Game")
- Your game progress is saved on your device.
- The Game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and similar information to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent first.
- With your permission, we collect anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports to improve the Game. You can say no, and change your mind any time in Settings.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location or microphone.
1. Who we are
The Game is published by Meet RajeshKumar Shah, an individual developer trading as Counterloom (counterloom.com), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored only on your device
Your game progress, including coins, cars, upgrades, missions, achievements, best scores, ghost replays and settings, is saved on your device. If you uninstall the Game, this data is deleted. If you tap Share after a run, the Game creates a score image on your device and only shares it with the app you choose.
2.2 Anonymous player ID
The Game creates a random player ID on your device. It is not linked to your name or account, and it is used to connect the gameplay statistics and crash reports below, if you allow them.
2.3 Gameplay statistics (only with your permission)
If you choose "Accept" in the Game's privacy prompt, we collect anonymous information about how the Game is played. This includes when a run starts and ends, your score, distance and run length, how you crashed, which car and mode you used, purchases and upgrades made with in-game coins, missions and achievements completed, and whether a rewarded ad was watched. We also collect basic technical details: device model, operating system version, game version, language and country (from device settings), and graphics quality. We use this only to understand and improve the Game.
2.4 Crash reports (only with your permission)
If the Game crashes or hits an error, we collect a technical report: the error, the game version, the device model and operating system, and what the Game was doing at the time. This helps us fix bugs.
2.5 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows rewarded video ads that you choose to watch, for example to continue a run or double your coins. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and (where you allow it) personalise ads, Google may collect and use:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID);
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information;
- information about ads shown and your interactions with them.
Google's use of this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or files, precise GPS location, camera or microphone. The Game uses your phone's motion sensor for tilt steering only on your device; that data is never sent anywhere.

For users in India, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Your choices
- Statistics and crash reports: choose Accept or Decline when the Game first starts. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy. If you turn them off, collection stops and anything not yet sent is deleted from your device.
- Ad consent (EU, UK, Switzerland): a consent message from Google asks for your choice before personalised ads are shown. You can change it later from Settings → Privacy.
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Security & privacy → Ads, depending on the phone).
- Rewarded ads are always optional. You never have to watch an ad to keep playing.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with the service provider described above (Google AdMob), who processes it to provide its services, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Google uses appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, for these transfers.
8. How long we keep information
- Data on your device: until you uninstall the Game or reset your progress.
- Gameplay statistics: up to 14 months, then deleted or fully anonymised.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to answer you, then up to 12 months.
- Data held by Google for ads: according to Google's own policies.
9. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at support@counterloom.com and we will delete it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority. This includes rights under the EU and UK GDPR, the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws. To use any of these rights, email support@counterloom.com. Because we do not know your name, please include your anonymous player ID, shown in Settings → Privacy, so we can find your data. We answer within 30 days.

11. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for any data the Game sends. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes. We will change the effective date above, and for important changes we will let you know in the Game.
